Service Plan Policy & Terms of Service

By enrolling in service and submitting payment to Snoop-n-Scoop, a service operated by Petty Productions LLC (“Company”), Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Acceptance occurs upon enrollment and submission of payment. This Agreement is binding without a physical or electronic signature.

  1. Scope of Services

Snoop-n-Scoop provides scheduled pet waste removal and related grounds sanitation services as selected in the Client’s service plan. Services include removal of visible pet waste from designated service areas and proper disposal. Optional add-on services are provided only if selected. Services do not include landscaping, lawn repair, pest control, hazardous waste removal, or additional services unless expressly stated in writing

  2. Access and Safety Requirements

Client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all service areas on scheduled service days. Dogs must be secured unless otherwise agreed in writing. Gates must be unlocked and accessible. If a dog is present and not safely secured, or access is restricted, Company may skip the visit for safety reasons. Such visit will be considered completed and will not be credited or rescheduled. Company is not responsible for dogs escaping due to faulty gates, latches, fencing, or homeowner-provided access points.

  3. Missed Access and Weather Policy

If access to the property is unavailable due to a locked gate, unsecured animal, obstruction, or similar issue, the visit will be treated as completed. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed access. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. Weather-related missed visits may be made up when reasonably possible but are not guaranteed.

  4. Service Schedule and Changes

Services are performed on assigned service days. Schedule changes require at least 48 hours’ notice. Frequency upgrades or downgrades take effect beginning the next billing cycle.

  5. Billing and Payments

All services are billed monthly in advance via automatic payment. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Clients enrolling mid-month will be prorated from the start date of service through the end of that month. Regular monthly billing will begin on the following 1st. Client authorizes recurring charges to the payment method provided. Company may retry failed payments. Service may be suspended for non-payment. Continued non-payment may result in service termination.

  6. Cancellations and Holds

Service may be canceled at any time without long-term contract obligation. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the next scheduled visit to avoid charges for that visit. No refunds are issued for services already performed or partially completed billing periods. Temporary holds require 7 days’ notice. Holds exceeding 30 days may require reactivation scheduling and may be subject to re-evaluation.

  7. Initial Cleanup and Excess Waste

Properties with excessive accumulation may require an Initial Reset Clean Fee prior to ongoing service. Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if waste volume materially exceeds normal maintenance conditions.

  8. Damage and Liability Limitation

Company will exercise reasonable care while performing services. Company is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, irrigation issues, hidden hazards, or lawn conditions. Company is not liable for damage caused by pets, faulty gates, or homeowner-provided equipment. Company may take timestamped service photos for documentation and quality control purposes. Company’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client in the prior 30 days of service.

  9. Health and Environmental Disclaimer

Company does not guarantee elimination of all bacteria, parasites, or odors. Services reduce pet waste accumulation and odor but are not a substitute for veterinary or pest control services.

  10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to aggressive or unsafe animals, unsafe property conditions, repeated access issues, or non-payment.

  11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

  12. Electronic Acceptance

By enrolling in service, submitting payment, or allowing service to begin, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
